As some of you may know, I've been at a youth camp this past week. I played volleyball around four times in two days, so let's say an hour of vball. Also played softball for two or three hours in the hot sun.
So that brings it to a total of three hours of exercise for this week.
(Note: I have
done other things this week, this is not the only time I've exercised at all.
I've shopped, cooked, walked quite a bit up and down small hills, and lifted several heavy things, such as the duffel bag I took to camp that seemed to have contained half of my life's possessions. )
